Cottage 1 is a spacious three-bedroom waterfront cottage designed for comfort, convenience, and easy access. The cottage can be reached via a ramp from the paved parking area and offers a level entry, making it well-suited for guests who prefer minimal stairs. Inside, the layout is open-concept, with the kitchen, dining, and living areas flowing together in one bright and comfortable space.
The cottage features one king bed, one queen bed, and one double bed, along with two full bathrooms. One bathroom includes a walk-in shower with wider clearance for easier use. Guests will also enjoy a wood-stove fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a private deck with a propane BBQ (propane provided), Wi-Fi, and internet TV — everything you need for a relaxing coastal stay.
As part of Wilson’s Coastal Club, guests in Cottage 1 enjoy access to our private waterfront grounds, beach, and shared resort amenities.
Sauna & Firewood (Additional Cost):
Our wood-fired oceanfront sauna is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is shared with other cottages. To use the sauna, guests are required to sign a waiver and purchase a tote of firewood for $15 + tax per session. This helps maintain the traditional wood-fired experience.
Additional firewood can be purchased at the office during office hours (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, daily, excluding holidays) for $15 + tax per tote.
Gear Rentals (Seasonal, Additional Cost):
Guests can rent outdoor gear during office hours, including:
-E-Bikes: $25 + tax per day (10:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
-Stand-Up Paddle Boards: $15 + tax per hour
-Kayaks: $15 + tax per hour
Availability is seasonal and weather dependent.
Pets:
Pets are welcome, with a limit of one pet per visit. If you would like to bring an additional pet, please check with us in advance.
All pets are subject to a $50 + tax per pet fee.
Additional Guests
For one-night reservations, no additional guests are permitted on site beyond the number listed in the booking.
