No Pets Allowed At The Property:
The property is a 5000 sqft, 100 year old heritage home, pets have unfortunately caused damage to the property in the past. It’s hard for us to come to the decision but to preserve this piece of history as much as possible we must insist on our no pet policy, thank you for your understanding.
DISCLAIMER: The surrounding area is known to be fly spawning as a result our property may have flies inside that have died by the windows sills and are trapped inside. Typically these flies do not disrupt guests experience but you may see them from time to time during your stay. We’re working diligently with our exterminator to resolve this issue.

*Amenities like the hot tub is subject to being closed if we deem the condition of the hot tub could be dangerous/harmful for guests. Guests will be given a $150 refund for any closure of amenities if not resolved before guests check-out*
The property can sleep 14 guests comfortably, if you`re looking to host guests for the day please limit the number of daytime guests to 30 and the maximum amount of overnight guests is 16.

Cottage Rules:
1. Maximum of 16 guests, additional guests up to 14 will be $50/night. More than 14 will result in you losing your security deposit.
2. Loud or excessive noise in backyard after 11pm will result in fine.
3. Smoking inside cottage will result in $150 fine.
4. 4 bags of garbage are permitted, additional bags up to 5 will be $10 per bag. More than 6 bags will result in flat fee of $150.

Hot Tub Rules:
1. Please shower prior to entering hot tub.
2. Maximum of 6 people in hot tub.
3. Must close hot tub cover when not in use. Cover must never touch floor (use the cover arm)
4. No food or drinks in the hot tub. Do not urinate in the hot tub. Polluted water will result in a cleaning fee ~500$) As well as any lost revenue from its closure
5. No children under 10 yrs old allowed in hot tub without adult supervision.
6. Hot Tub use is not permitted past 11pm
7. Do not unplug hot tub or adjust settings
8. No pets or animals allowed in hot tub
Cleaning Instructions:
1. Do not pour cooking oil, coffee granules or any foodstuffs down the sinks
2. Do not flush paper towels, Kleenex, tampons, pads, matches, hair, grease, strong chemicals, etc.
3. Do not leave garbage outside as this will attract unwanted wildlife
4. Recycling must be separated
5. Garbage must be placed in bin provided
6. Please try to leave the cottage the same way you found it.
7. Wash dishes before leaving.
