Welcome to our serene home located in North Cloverdale East community. Set in a vibrant neighbourhood, our residence combines modern comforts with a convenient location, making it a perfect base for families and travellers alike.

All three bedrooms are designed to provide a peaceful retreat after a day's adventure or work. Each room is equipped with air-conditioning to ensure optimal comfort during warmer months. Thoughtfully decorated with cozy bedding, these rooms are an embodiment of relaxation.

Guests will have access to the entire 2nd floor of the house, which includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and partial 1st floor that has a living room, a dining room, and a full kitchen. However, please note that the basement is occupied by long-term tenants who have their own separate entrance and space. Also, the backyard belongs to the tenants in the basement, and is not available for guest use.

As mentioned earlier, please note that there are long-term tenants in the basement and the backyard belongs to them. Therefore, guests will only have access to the main floor of the house and the front yard. For parking, guests are welcome to utilize the free street parking in front of the house; however, please be aware that specific spots are not designated, and it operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, we kindly ask guests to keep noise levels down after 9 pm out of respect for our neighbours. Please also note that this is a non-smoking and pet-free property.
