I felt very comfortable in Njomza’s apartment.
1. Check-In/Out: Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Earlier or later times may be possible upon request for a fee.

Liability: The guest making the reservation is fully liable for all damages, injuries, and losses, as well as for the replacement costs in the event of lost keys (additional cost of €400, as all locks in the building must be replaced), key cards, remote controls, or parking permits for the respective apartments, as well as for claims for damages arising from the improper use of the provided internet access. This includes, among other things, visiting illegal websites and downloading, storing, and processing illegal web content.
11. Theft: The theft or misappropriation of any items will be reported to the police.
12. Monitoring: Noise detection systems may be used to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be in place in public areas.
13. Furniture: Please do not move the furniture.
14. Cleanliness: Please wash your dishes.
15. Tidiness: Please take out the trash before you leave.

17. Heating: In accordance with the German heating season, the central heating is in operation from October 1 through April 30.
