The spacious third floor, 1200sq' unit has everything you would need for a relaxing stay. Our beautiful condo has a fully stocked kitchen, gas BBQ, TV in every room, private laundry, fireplace, patio, parks pass to borrow and underground parking.
Located on the Third Floor in the Sparrowhawk Complex, our 1200 sq' one level, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has all the comforts of home. In suite laundry, large patio with a gas BBQ, underground heated parking for 1 vehicle and a TV in every room. Enjoy the evening sun on the south facing balcony.
Dead Man's Flats is a quiet town just off the highway so you can quickly get to Kananaskis (30 mins), Canmore (5 mins) or Banff (25 mins). Restaurants and shops are the short drive to Canmore. Bow River backs on to the complex with walking trails nearby.
