It has private living area with tv, wifi, kitchen, dining space. Fits large group of family & friends up to 10 people. Perfect starting point to enjoy central Vancouver.
The Space:
I offer a 4 bedroom top floor suite. The master bedroom has its own ensuite. The kitchen is equipped for all your cooking and baking needs.
Each room has its own fan and has a shared laundry with the tenant downstairs.
Extra mattress will be provided for free appropriate to accommodate maximum allowed number of guests.
You will have access to the front and a fully enclosed back yard.
You will also have access to free parking on the premises

You will be able to access the entire suite. The small laundry room is shared but you will have your private access door to the room
