Welcome to the heart of Grande Digue. Centrally located with easy access to Shediac, Moncton, and Bouctouche for all your adventures. Close to great resturants, take outs, beautiful beaches. Enjoy the private outdoor space, large yard,without needing to share with neighbors. Play the outside games, relax on the chairs, cook on the bbq and enjoy outside eating at the picnic table. In the evening there are solar lights to highlight the space. Listing is for the house only, out buildings are not included. Home has 1 heat pump for heat and ac in the main part of the house, and baseboard heat for the bedrooms.
Two bedrooms, the master has the queen bed with large closet. The other room has bunk beds with a double bed. The couch in the living room also folds into a bed to sleep a total of 7 people. (Top bunk is best suited for a childor smaller adult) Fans are available in both bedrooms. Room darkening and/or black out curtains or blinds are available on all windows.
The kitchen is full equipped with keurig coffee maker, ice maker, air fryer, microwave, stove/oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, all dishes, untensils, and basic spices/oil.
The living space has seating with a beautiful view and window, lots of board games, a dining table that seats 4 (extra folding chairs are available).
