My place (the duplex on the right side). Can see the Stampede fireworks from the deck. You’ll love my place because of the city views, location, new condition, bamboo sheets, steam shower feature on the main floor,the jacuzzi tub in lower washroom, views of the Calgary skyline, mountains, river. My place is great for families, Friends, couples, solo adventurers. The home is close to public transport, across from Max Bell arena, the Calgary Zoo, 20 min from the airport. 5 min drive to downtown.
The space
There is 2 portable cribs available by notify the Host in advance of the booking date.
Guest access
The access to the duplex is very easy. The day you check in you will be given the access code for the main entrance on the side of the house, up the stairs. There is free and lots of parking on either side of the home on the street. There is lots of grocery shopping available within 5 to 10 minutes drive of the duplex. In addition there is a bus route within a block. The Calgary C-Train is a 8 minute walk from the home.
Other things to note
This house is a duplex which means there are people in the attached duplex. You have complete and sole use of the duplex and will not be sharing any of the duplex with anyone else. The other duplex can be used at the same time if rented as well. If you have both units you can have a group of 16 people between the two units.
