Outdoor area includes dining table and chairs, adirondacks with firepit, and outdoor shower for beach days. Completely fenced in backyard (installation October 2022) and complete basement renovation in Winter 2022 will add a media area, full 3rd bath, and extra beds to increase overall square footage to more than 2,300 sf and allow for up to 12 guests starting June 2023 (9 maximum in 2022)!
