Summary: The place is near the fair and well-situated to many places. It's difficult to communicate with the personnel since they barely speak English. Someone in the room next to mine ran water from 5 a.m. to almost 8 a.m. I went to complain about it, unfortunately, no one could understand what I was saying. They seem to be nice people, but it is impossible to communicate properly with them.
