Summary: Ana is amazing !! WhatsApp me prior to my arrival, help plan my Ninh Binh itinerary. Customer service to the next level. We booked a bungalow only to found all kind of bugs on bed and in the room. We had to move to a less desirable room. Definitely not a 5 stars hotel. Focusing all on the lobby and restaurant, beautiful design. Did not give any thought about design and comfort of the guest room. The hotel is middle of nowhere. An hour from city
