Summary: Pros: The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The in-room Keurig machine was a nice touch that added to the overall convenience. Cons: The room’s decor felt quite gloomy, with dark caramel-coloured walls and heavy brown curtains that made the space feel closed in. Although we had prepaid in advance through Expedia, the owner would not allow us to view the room before check-in, which was very strange and disappointing. Several advertised amenities were also missing. Laundry facilities listed on their website were not available. The signage out front mentioned a pool and hot tub, they have been closed for some time after reading the previous reviews. The surrounding neighbourhood felt somewhat sketchy, which was a bit unsettling.
