Modern townhouse in East Danforth, just off Coxwell, featuring high-end tigerwood finishes throughout. A 7-minute walk to Coxwell subway, with easy access to east end hospitals, film studios, bike lanes, cafés, great restaurants, and shops. The main living area in the house, is open-concept with a fully equipped kitchen including gas stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, air fryer, and soda stream. Right off the kitchen is a pleasantly covered side patio with an open year round gas line BBQ. There is a dinning table and very comfy patio couch. (The couch is closed during the winter months) In the living room area, there is large 4K TV, with cable and streaming services. There is also a SONO speaker system for great sound for movies and TV viewing, as well as blue tooth to play music. There are 2.5 bathrooms in the house. The beautifully decorated office area on the ground floor has an ensuite with small shower. There is a desk, floor to ceiling black out curtains and a sofa bed that sleeps two comfortably in this room. Upstairs, there are also floor to, almost, ceiling black out drapes in the serene primary bedroom. The mattress is firm and the sconces have built in USB ports with flexible reading lights. In the room is a full ensuite bathroom with a hot tub. The mirror is three way with LED lights. The laundry area is located in the hallway on this floor. There is another full guest bathroom down the hall on the way to the Wellness room. The Wellness room has 4 sections: A work out area, yoga, meditation and art spaces. Dumbells run from 3lbs up to 25lbs. There is a workout bench. Yoga mats, blocks, bolster and straps. The meditation area has a cushion and altar. The art section has an easel a table and chair and is equipped with art supplies. The rooftop is a large outdoor west facing space with comfortable patio furniture (closed during the winter months).
