Positive: The room was clean and had lovely fancy towels laid out with designs. I liked that they provided coffee, had a table - though cramped in a corner. Mainly the people looking after the rental were extremely gracious and responsive. My husband thought he had booked a 1 bdrm aprtmt. and it turned out all we had was a tiny hotel room. They came right away to bring missing cups, help with the TV and the lady baked us an amazing pizza and some snacks so we could eat - all out of the goodness of her heart!

Negative: The room was small and cramped with no balcony. The ac was portable and had a huge hose running to an opening created in the window for ventilation. There was still winter bedding on the bed and this was June 7 on a very warm day. If you took the heavy quilt off, the only option was just a sheet so we didn't sleep well- either too hot or too cold. The fridge was half the size of a bar fridge and there was no ice that we were aware of. This room was up on the ski hill so a few km from town. It was very quiet there.

Summary: Would definitely come back only book a bigger room or suite and were okay area with no pool area.
