We are approximately a 25 min drive from downtown Victoria, 35 mins from BC Ferries at Swartz Bay and 8 minutes from several large shopping centers, restaurants and take out dining establishments.
We are also at the epicenter to some of the best gold Victoria has to offer. 15 minutes to Bear Mountain Resort and PGA Golf Course, 9 mins to Olympic View and Royal Colwood Golf Courses respectively.
Finally, if outdoor activity is your thing, we are also centered around some of the most amazing trail hiking, mountain biking and beach exploring our region has to offer.
