This is a lovely renovated 2nd & 3rd floor loft 750 sq ft. 1bedroom with 1 full bath apartment located in the heart of Windsor's BEST neighbourhood in Walkerville. You will be immersed in Windsor's historical neighbourhood. This location is centrally located and is 5 minutes from downtown and the Detroit-Windsor Tunnel, 1 minute from VIA rail station and 10 minutes to Tecumseh.
This neighborhood is the place to be in Windsor! Walkerville is the heritage precinct in Windsor, ON and is formally known as the distillery district and was founded by Hiram Walker. You are able to take the tour at Hiram Walker, see how whisky is made and have a taste. Walkerville Brewery located blocks a way where you can take a tour of how their beer is made, do a flight and enjoy some great food. Many of the best restaurants are also located nearby. The City Market where fresh food can be purchased, LCBO, Shoppers Drug Mart, etc. is located within walking distance. Close to Willistead Manor and Park which feature events throughout summer.
