This beach house rental in Pacific City, Oregon features an enclosed patio area with outdoor furniture, a BBQ and a large west facing deck. The home is located near the clubhouse and two miles of walking and biking trails; it is less than a five minute walk to the beach. This home is complete with an open floor plan, large plasma TV in the living room, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, bikes and helmets, plus much, much more. Bedrooms: The Haystack Vista has 3 bedrooms, 1 downstairs and 2 upstairs, with a loft at the top of the stairs. The guest room downstairs has a queen bed and full size bath. The master upstairs has a king sized bed with a full bath with a soaking tub. The guest room upstairs has a twin bed with a trundle underneath and a set of twin bunk beds. The loft upstairs has a full size sofa. There is an additional full bathroom upstairs. Internet Access: The Haystack Vista has a fast, reliable and private internet connection. *Please note there is a $20.00 USD fee per pet, per night to be collected upon check-in. Bikes 4 Beach Access: The Haystack Vista is located in Shorepine Village, which has private beach access via a unique wooden boardwalk. There are private trails leading from this home to the boardwalk. The walk to the beach takes less than five minutes. Parking: There is one space in the garage and one space in front of your garage to park a total of 2 cars. Please let us know if you have additional parking needs. This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date. A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund of the rental amount is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in.
