It has a stunning view of the mountains, is right beside the grocery store and other amenities so nothing is out of reach. We were able to walk downtown, to elevation place and explore trails in the area. The best part was by far the rooftop hot tub and would have us booking again to experience more stunning sunsets on the roof. I honestly could not say enough great things! We have two small children and to have a fully stocked (equipment wise) kitchen plus bathrooms and bedrooms for everyone was amazing and made the trip so relaxing for us parents. Oh and they have a washer and dryer too which was amazing because I did end up using it with the littles. We loved the aesthetic, the fire place and the really homey mountain feels. The public Canmore Roam Bus is a fantastic way to explore the local area. The Banff-Canmore Regional Service also regularly runs between Banff and Canmore, making travel easy and eliminating any parking stress from your stay.

- There is only 1 parking spot available and tandem parking is prohibited. No back-to-back parking.
- The hot tub is a shared amenity and is subject to scheduled maintenance conducted by the building management. The hot tub can be booked online for up to half hour per day.
-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.

1. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution.
2. We strive to create a positive guest experience for everything within our unit. Guests shall not hold us accountable for things outside of our scope including, issues with travel, weather, events, construction, building matters or issues external to our unit.
3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 9AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.
4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.
5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.
6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.
7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 8 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.
8. NO PETS allowed.
*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).
9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post`s FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.
10. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.
