On second floor, Room 1 has a king size bed, Room 2 has two separate twin XL beds. On third floor, room 3 has a Queen bed, room 4 has two separate twin XL beds. Two sofa beds, located at living room and the basement.

Summary: 3 generations met for a family reunion. We had a wonderful time. The rooms were spacious enough to be comfortable and there was room for us all to gather together.Any questions were answered promptly. It was near enough downtown for us to walk but parking for two vehicles was accessible. I would stay there again.
