RARE AVAILABILITY! Charming executive cottage at Bluff in Point Chene, NB. Just a five-minute walk to the private side of Parlee Beach. Features include three bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with full laundry facilities, and a 16x14 attached gazebo. Extras include a fridge/freezer in the shed, an integrated sound system, beach chairs, air conditioning, a fireplace, ample parking, and all the kitchen amenities you need for a very comfortable stay :)
The space
The cottage is fully winterized with three bedrooms featuring two queen beds in two bedrooms and a super single bed in the third bedroom. Enjoy luxurious seating in the living room with reclining seats. The extra-large gazebo includes a seating area with a fire pit for cooler nights and a mosquito-free dining area. There is a vacant back lot for extra parking or for kids to play. All the beach amenities you need are provided, along with an extra fridge and stand-up freezer in the shed.

The cottage is located on the private side of Parlee Beach. Residence have their own entrance to the beach, which is less than a five minutes walk from the cottage. I have four adult beach chairs, and two small children beach chairs. I have a beach tent for extra shade, and a couple of beach umbrellas at your disposal. The fire pit is there for you to enjoy, as long as the province is allowing fires that day. Please make sure to check online if it is a burn day. A corner store within a few minutes (Circle K sells alcoholic beverages) and all other amenities you need within a 10 minute drive to downtown Shediac.
