As you enter the home on the ground level you will find a double car heated garage, laundry room and coat closet.
As you head upstairs to the second level you'll be greeted by a sunny living room with Double Sliding Doors leading to your front East facing Patio which is perfect for the morning sun. Across from the living room is the kitchen and dining rooms that are also adjacent to rear WEST facing patio with interlocking brick. This area is treed and backs onto a green belt.
On the main level of the home is the open kitchen, dining and living rooms along with an additional bathroom.
Three large bedrooms sit on the upper level. One features a KING sized bed and ensuite and the other room features a QUEEN sized bed. The third room has a DOUBLE bed and walk in closet. There is a full four piece bathroom shared by both bedrooms.
I take the comfort of my guests very seriously. Unlike a hotel which just changes the sheets in between guests, I ensure that all BEDDING and LINENS are fresh for each new guest. This includes the laundering of bedspreads, duvets, duvet covers and sheets. When you arrive you can be assured that everything is fresh and clean!
This fully furnished bright 3 bedroom townhome is ideally situated if you are looking to stay within minutes from downtown near a plethora of amenities while providing an ample 2000 square feet of chic living space. Whether your an executive on the go or a small family that’s here to stay for a while this space and location is suitable for all!
**PETS*** A maximum of 1 dog is allowed in the unit. $250 Pet fee per stay- Pet agreement to be signed upon arrival and a $300 refundable pet deposit due at check in.
Please indicate ahead of time if you are travelling with pets. Pets are not to be left alone in the home. Guests MUST AGREE to walk pets off property for potty breaks and pets are NOT PERMITTED on any of the furniture in the home or on the bedroom level of the home. Guests must agree to this prior to booking.
Guest access
Please enjoy the home as you'll have access to the entire unit. It is set up solely for guests and there are no personal effects of the owner in the home. In the morning enjoy coffee on the East facing deck and in the afternoon move to the West facing deck for BBQ and bird/squirrel watching!
