You know you are on vacation when you first enter our meticulously maintained bright and comfortably furnished home in South Orleans.
Our traditional Cape Cod home has wood floors in most of the rooms. There are two full bathrooms, one with a tub and one walk-in shower. A sunny kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The dining room table extends to seat eight. Two spacious bedrooms have queen size beds,. A third bedroom has three twin size beds. A fourth large room has a double bed and a queen size bed. This area also has a TV and sitting area perfect for teens to enjoy. This room also has it's own entrance. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. The spaciousness of the home makes it perfect for two families to share.
Outside is a large deck with sliders from the dining area. For your enjoyment there is also a bluestone patio with additional seating. Enjoy a quiet evening grilling on either the gas grill or Weber charcoal grill.
After a day at Nauset Beach, Skaket Beach, or on the National seashore, relax in the hammock or enjoy an outdoor shower conveniently located next to the deck. There is a full size ping pong table in the basement for some time out of the sun.
This a great neighborhood for walking, jogging, or bike riding. Only one mile down the street is a town landing on Pleasant bay perfect for boating or kayaking. You can enjoy an evening baseball game as you watch the Orleans Cardinals play a short drive into town. For your golfing enjoyment there are several excellent courses nearby. There is no shortage of beautiful shops and a variety of restaurants in Orleans. And be sure to enjoy local seafood purchased at several close-by markets.
