The sunrise views from the deck were spectacular, and the villa was well appointed, beautifully decorated, and the 3 1/2 baths were perfect for our 3 couples on the trip. Check-in was simple, and having a key coded door made for one less thing we had to keep up with. Will definitely book here again!" Or, maybe this is more your style - "Having the water views with dolphins and pelicans out the back door was beautiful. A 1-2 min walk to Salty Dog's, General store for last minute items, tennis courts, bike rental and a few other shops. We walked to the beach every day, maybe 5-minute easy walk. Beach area was never too busy at pier 11."

The 2nd level has two beautiful bedrooms, including a primary suite equipped with a king-size bed with an updated en-suite bath. The second bedroom has a set of twin beds and a full bathroom attached. Located on the third level is the second primary suite with a king-size bed and a bathroom shared with a delightful alcove furnished with twin bunk beds. There is a boat dock available for your boat, kayak, or wave runner. This villa is a stroll away from the South Beach Marina Village, where you will find great restaurants, shops, biking, tennis, and water activities. Enjoy seasonal live entertainment at the famous Salty Dog.

* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* Dog Friendly - 2 dog max. $200 non-refundable fee for first dog, with an additional $100 for each extra dog. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and must be crated if left alone. Please do not leave furry friends alone outside, as we have wildlife that they should not encounter.
* The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool at least a week in advance to their stay. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.
* Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.
