Spring and summer offer amazing hiking, biking, golf, fishing, and exploring the western Maine mountains. This recently renovated home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and great views of the mountain. You are close enough to walk to the shops, restaurants, bars, etc. This home offers a cozy and sunny living room to relax in front of a fire. The entire condo has all-new flooring with new plush carpeting and a recently renovated kitchen well appointed with all new cabinets, stainless steel appliances including a gas stove and granite counters. There is also a gas grill on the deck to compliment your amazing meals. Just off the living room there is a bedroom with twin beds and its own bathroom with shower. Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms, 1 with a king bed and 1 with 2 twins along with a full bathroom. All the beds have newer mattresses and pillows. There is cable TV and Wi-Fi for complete connectivity with a Bluetooth audio stereo system. Access to X-country ski and snowshoe trails, mountain bike and hiking trails are just out the door. Stop by the Sugartree Health & Fitness or Anti-Gravity Centers. The winter season offers free shuttle service that will pick you up and take you just about anywhere on the mountain you want to go.
