First and foremost-it has stunning lake views. Who doesn't want a lake view? The interior was completely done by a professional designer and the space in the flex area is like no other. Perfect for a family looking for fun and adventure together, yet has space for the adults and children to have their own areas. IT's a WIN-WIN for everyone!
From the moment you walk in the door and up the stairs, you will feel your worries and stresses leave you and be welcomed into the spacious, open concept living/dining/kitchen areas. This beautiful cottage has a large galley kitchen with a spotless farmhouse under mount kitchen sink and a chef's dream 5 burner gas stove. The stunning kitchen island with bar stools easily seats 4 and the quaint and elegant dining table seats 6. A nice hidden gem is the wine fridge nestled just within reach of the dining table, for easy access to your favorite wines.
The main floor bedroom has a queen bed and sliding doors out to a private deck. It has its own spacious bathroom with double sinks and large shower. Head upstairs to the loft area to the master suite which boosts a cozy setting, with plenty of closet space, a queen bed and another bathroom with double sinks and a tub/shower combination.
Step out onto 1 of the 2 decks to relax and unwind and take in the lake views. Head downstairs to the flex area to find another hidden gem-for the kids! This flex area is the perfect space for the kids to hang out, complete with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4+) and bathroom.
One of the nice features of this cottage is the internal staircase from the main floor to the ground floor, which allows this extra living space. This allows you to leave your pool or lake stuff in the garage to keep the upstairs and decks less cluttered and you can leave out the garage. Or, if you're more into motorsports when you get back form riding the trails on your bike, ATV or SxS, you can drop your riding gear in the garage and just walk right up stairs. Very convenient!
La Casa resort offers everything that you could ever want for a vacation destination and then some! There is a large marina with boat slips available to rent from the main office. Bring the boat! Beaches are accessible for not only the two-legged vacationers, but as we allow dogs to join you on your holiday, there's a beach for them as well!
Everyone will have a blast in the water swimming out to the three water trampolines and relaxing in the lounge chairs by the beach. Kayaks and paddle boards are available to rent!
Just up the hill from our cottage is the main resort area. Here you will find the Cantina Restaurant & Bar, and a general store that offers a wide assortment of food and beverage items. Everyone will enjoy the refreshing pool and two hot tubs with change rooms for your convenience. There is a mini-golf course, tennis courts, and a children's playground. Racquets and tennis balls are provided in our cottage.
On the upper level of the resort is a quieter pool area that has change rooms, a hot tub, and incredible views of Lake Okanagan. At this level there is access to Bear Creek with over 125kms of ATV and hiking trails, so bring the quads and the mountain bikes!!
While you are at our cottage at La Casa Resort, you are only 30-45 minutes away from some of Canada's best wineries. Wine tours are available at all the wineries like Mission Hill, Summerhill Pyramid, Quails Gate, Indigenous World and Gray Monk, to name just a few. Book a wine tour and have a bus come out to La Casa and take care of everything.
Located nearby, scratch Golfers can be challenged by world-class courses like Gallagher's Canyon, Predator Ridge and The Rise, while families can have an exciting night-time round at Orchard Greens. Beginners or professionals, it's easy to find a course to suit your needs, only a short drive from your La Casa Resort home base!
