A beautiful and modern beach house on the central north shore of Seaview, PEI. The ocean front and air conditioned house is decorated in a stylish & soothing coastal farm house genre - the perfect backdrop for a memorable PEI holiday. The central location also offers its guests a lengthy list of things to do within an easy 30 minute drive or less. Not to mention the ocean fun to be hand on the predominately secluded beach below where you can walk for miles!
As you enter the cottage the spacious entry and laundry area provides plenty of seating, hooks and storage. Concealed behind double doors - a full-sized washer and dryer plus laundry sink complete this area.
Continue straight from the entryway and into the luxe master bedroom with ensuite. The first sight to greet you is the beautiful blue ocean through large patio doors that lead directly to the spacious ocean front deck. The bedroom has a comfortable pillow-top king mattress, Smart TV, large closet and full ensuite with a custom shower and large vanity.
From the main entry a large threshold to the right opens up into the gorgeous main area with vaulted ceilings, 18 feet of windows overlooking the ocean and an open-concept space from kitchen to dining to living room.
The professionally designed kitchen has more style than most and looks directly over the ocean. A 9 foot island anchors the huge kitchen space which boasts granite counters, stainless appliances, a beverage fridge, windows flanking the decorative range hood, open-shelving, loads of food storage and counter space.
The dining area is furnished with a beautiful harvest table - made on PEI - that comfortably seats 8-10 guests. Of course, this area also has amazing ocean views for diners to enjoy! It is even close enough to the propane fireplace to keep your culinary experiences cozy during our off-seasons or a cooler evening.
Beyond the dining area is the main living room. This central gathering space was thoughtfully furnished with large quality pieces. The sizeable sectional is a perfect lounging space for all! Whether using this area to chill, for games night or to take in the marine activity just outside your window, the living room is your cozy home away from home. It is completed with two plush arm chairs, a propane fireplace, large Smart TV and direct access to the large front deck.
The east wing of the beach house is accessed via a sliding barn door and houses two additional bedrooms, a full bath and additional vanity area.
The bright queen bedroom overlooks the ocean and also has a comfortable pillow-top mattress and a Smart TV - which is quite useful in the event that guests wish to get away for some quiet screen time.
A full bathroom separates the two bedrooms in this wing. It has a large tub/shower, sink & toilet. It also offers a separate vanity area with cabinet storage, sink and large mirror - to provide an additional (private) area for guests to get ready.
Beyond the main bathroom is the third bedroom which sleeps 4 in a single over double bunk bed and a single trundle bed below. This bedroom also has a large window that looks to the colorful fields of PEI and a sizable Smart TV. The bunk room doubles as a great kids den. The lower trundle can be pulled out to act as a couch while the kids settle down with their own streaming choices and some quiet time away from the main living area.
Stroll down the private road to the beach stairs that offer direct access to our beautiful north shore beach (5 minute walk). This beach access is available only to you and your neighbors in this exclusive community. We also provide a wagon to make transporting kids, toys and snacks to the beach much easier. The cottage is complete with air conditioning in the main area, a fully equipped kitchen, a full-size washer and dryer, wifi, smart TV’s, bed linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, a propane BBQ, outdoor dining and a bonfire pit.
