There is so much to do and enjoy in Lake of Bays in the Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer! *** our cottage is not on water, it is Lake view.
Whether you are into hiking, biking or layering to enjoy a few rounds of golf, our newly built estate home offers the relaxation experience you have been waiting for. With 5 bedrooms and a beautiful loft space, you and your family will be able to create unforgettable memories. Our home sleeps 10 adults (and 4 kids). Enjoy your morning coffee with a beautiful view of Peninsula Lake! You are welcome to explore 9 acres of private walking trails on our property and catch sight of amazing array of wildlife (deer, moose, ducks, loons, turkeys, and turtles). If you are into fishing, please feel free to bring your boat and explore the beautiful bays, with a public boat launch only minutes away. Horseback riding - look no further, minutes away! There are many, many trails for biking or walking in the immediate area! With Summer already here, you do not want to miss the beautiful colours of Ontario's Cottage Country! WE DO NOT HOST ANY PARTIES

Our home is professionally cleaned after every stay, using high-grade disinfectant cleaners to ensure thorough cleaning of germs and bacteria. We do ask you to be courteous and respectful, if you have travelled outside the country in the last 2 weeks or do have any symptoms please get well and book once you have tested negative.
NO RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED UNTIL APPROVED BY THE OWNER. THE APPLICATION WILL FORM THE BASIS OF YOUR SHORT-TERM LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE COTTAGE OWNER AND YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU WILL ABIDE BY THE RULES HEREIN. WE WILL SEE YOU WHEN YOU CHECK IN. IF YOU HAVE MISREPRESENTED YOURSELF (YOUR AGE, PURPOSE OF USE)OR YOUR GROUP, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR STAY WITHOUT REFUND. IF WE FIND OUR AFTER THE FACT, YOU HAVE AUTOMATICALLY FORFEITED YOUR DAMAGE DEPOSIT FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT. WE ARE ONLY LOOKING FOR MATURE INDIVIDUALS WHO CAN BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS AND SHOW RESPECT.
The cleaning fee of $800 pays for the professional cleaners to prepare the cottage for you. A check out clean can be arranged for an additional fee, otherwise you are expected to leave the cottage as you found it, and in good repair. If any terms are violated (eg: noise, fire bans, fireworks) you will be evicted without notice and will forfeit your security deposit.
