A newly renovated, great two bedroom apartment in the heart of the Beaches! This comfy, bright unit has it all - kitchen, eating area, living space with flat screen TV, wifi, one bedroom with queen sized bed, another bedroom with twin bed, one full bathroom, and back patio area. Up two flights of stairs and you're there! This 2 bedroom is economically priced in the city! It boasts everything you could ask for, yet half the price! Guests have full access to the unit. It is not a shared accommodation. I will be around to answer any questions from my guests. The Beaches is an incredible area! It is close to Lake Ontario, which has a wonderful boardwalk to walk and enjoy the sights. The building is right on Queen Street East, which is extremely popular. There are many great restaurants and shops in the area. The Queen streetcar is right outside the door! You can be downtown within 15 minutes, if not during rush hour. You can walk to many places in this area. It's a vibrant and highly sought after neighborhood! The apartment is up two flights of stairs, but it is an incredible price for two bedrooms in the city! There is a coin washer and dryer in the basement. No smoking in the unit. Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. I want my guests to enjoy my space, but please treat my unit responsibly. Ideally, the unit should be left in the exact same condition as found, except for the towels and linens.
