The space is Located in North Vancouver's serene Pemberton Heights, our 2-bedroom basement suite offers a private entrance, full kitchen with dining area, and all necessary cooking utensils. Choose your brew with our drip coffee machine, Nespresso, French press, or pour over. Relax in the living area featuring a 4K Smart TV with apps and local Telus cable. Each bedroom boasts a queen bed and ample closet space for storage and its own 55” 4K Smart TV. The suite includes a washer/dryer and extra storage for your convenience.
We provide additional linens, towels, dish soap, detergent, toiletries, toilet paper, and paper towels. Enjoy free WiFi and street parking.
Our family, including a friendly whippet, resides above the suite. You may hear the occasional sound but we aim for your stay to be comfortable and peaceful. Pets may be considered upon request with an additional fee. If approved, we have dog bowls and towels and blankets for the furniture.
Please note, smoking is strictly prohibited in the suite or anywhere on the property.
Guest access
Guests will be able to access the basement suite by walking around the west side of the main house, or from parking off of the lane of the house, down the stairs on the east side of the property to the basement suite's front door.
We will provide instructions at booking confirmation on where will be best to park. There is a Yale keypad to provide keyless entry into the suite, we will provide a specific code for you prior to your arrival.

We love pets, and will consider pets for an additional fee. Please enquire about the number and type of pet! Please be considerate and pick up after your pet.
Smoking is not allowed in the suite or on the property.
We are a young family with two small children living above. There is potential for noise but we will be courteous to your stay!
