Enjoy this waterfront family home, located in a small peaceful cove on Winnisquam Lake. A dock included with home for use with boats or Jet Skis. A small pond-like location connects directly to Winnisquam, where guests can meet at the famous sandbar by "Mosquito Bridge", grab a snack at Winnisquam Deli, enjoy the 4th of July fireworks from homes around the lake, or just relax in the clean waters of the lake. Winter time brings great ice fishing, snowmobile riding and skiing close by at Gunstock mountain. Enjoy this great location during Bike Week, for a home while joining concerts at Bank Of NH Pavilion or races at NH Motor Speedway. Plenty of space for the family! Items to note:
• Access to this location via boat can be tricky to navigate. There are a couple of lower height bridges that may be challenging depending on the height of the lake.
• 2 bedrooms will be found in the basement of the home, so stairs are required.
New for 2023—Brand new mini split hvac in main living room and lower level. Window first floor bedrooms with window ac units.
The boat dock can fit a 28ft boat however, please take note that there are two foot bridges that you have to fit your boat under to get to the house. You might have to put your Bimini down to get underneath and it’s about 7.5 feet from the water line to the bottom of the bridges. There is little to no current in the cove area and it all still water. It is also a no wake zone in that cove, and in the canal leading out to the main lake until you pass the bridge and sandbar . You also have to stay to the right of Mohawk Island as your boat will bottom out if you go the left.
