The lower level of the home provides an additional living area with flat screen TV, gas fire place, dining area and wet bar with refrigerator. There are 2 queen bedrooms on this level; one with a private bathroom, the second with an access to the lower deck. In addition, there is a bunk room with 2 bunk beds (4 twin beds total). The lower deck is covered and has seating, it is accessible from the lower level living area and the queen bedroom.
