The Space:

Living Space
Set across multiple levels, this entire home in Whistler is arranged for groups who want room to gather and space to spread out. You have ski-in/Ski-out access (seasonal, Dec-Mar) with routes that connect you to Creekside Village in minutes via the private Kadenwood gondola. Between outings, return to quiet privacy, a dedicated workspace, and a Control4 Bluetooth sound system that flows through the home.
Sleeping arrangements
On the upper level, the primary suite features a king bed, sitting area with gas fireplace, private deck, and an ensuite with heated floors, double vanity, soaking bath, and glass-enclosed shower. A second primary includes a four-poster king bed, scenic views, private deck, and an ensuite bath with soaking tub and dual vanity. The third bedroom offers a double bed and a loft with an additional double bed, with an ensuite with shower. On the main level, a California king bedroom with sitting area connects to a full ensuite, and a nanny room includes a single bed and TV with its own ensuite. Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Kadenwood construction. As one of the newer neighborhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted as compensation for any potential disturbances from nearby construction.
• Security cameras. Please note there are exterior security cameras installed at the front, above the garage, and pool of this property.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
