Building management maintains security video monitoring in parking lot, hallways, elevators, patios and common areas. "Ring" doorbell in exterior hall/common area. Completely separate and private entrance. Private bathroom, mini-fridge, microwave, coffeepot, queen size bed and NON-OCEAN VIEWS of sunsets over the Inter-coastal waterway! Unit is a single room, aprox 150sqft (200sqft total living area) with NO BALCONY AND NO OCEAN VIEW. Attached beachfront restaurant. Heated pool, We are a Protected nature preserve with miles of pristine beaches to wander. Two hours from: Disney, Universal, Busch Gardens and Miami.
