Please note: The Security Hold/Deposit is $750 (increased if pets are accommodated) and VRBO/Homeaway does not collect but instead places a collateral credit hold for this amount, to be released in the event no claims are made, therefore VRBO issues no security refund. VRBO will penalize hosts who decline a booking request when the calendar shows the dates as open and also penalizes hosts who allow booking requests to expire, therefore we may simply exercise the option to edit the quote as noted so that you will have to decline the quote.
