Summary: A few comments: 1. The property is elegant and well maintained. But it’s not new, for example, the carpet in the room is old, the bed mattress and the blanket is not new m. But I know they are doing some renovations right now. 2. The service overall is good. But there was one day, I put the house keeping request sign on the door, but did not get the house keeping service until night I came back. For a 5 stars hotel, this is unacceptable. 3. I booked a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony, which is the reason I choose this place. However, it was actually a bathtub without massage function, because the remote is missing. Overall, I had a good experience and enjoyed this hotel, including, super convenient location, unique view, and good breakfast buffet options.
