Positive: Central location, good value for money with full kitchen facilities, very clean, modern and newly renovated space. Minimalist modern decor. Accommodation is true to pictures. Very comfortable mattress. Fronts onto pedestrian street (no traffic noise/pollution). Mini market across the street for supplies, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs all within walking distance nearby. Easy self check-in with clear instructions provided prior to arrival. Free pack&play crib provided on arrival was very appreciated.

Negative: Check carefully, the "King suite with pullout couch" is in fact a Queen size bed. While staff were very responsive to chat, there was little action taken to resolve issues due to off-site management. Insufficient towels, some basics in kitchen missing, issue with closet light in bedroom that didn't turn off at night, which were never addressed during our stay (but hope these will be improved for future guests ). The skylight above the bed is covered with a garbage bag to block daylight. The TV is sarcastically small for the size of the room (the size of a computer monitor) and slow. 3-storey walkup narrow steep stairs with no elevator. Also very challenging to find off-site parking in winter, despite recommendations from staff. This accommodation is ideal for light travellers (no heavy luggage), not recommended for families with young children/strollers, those with reduced mobility or difficulty with stairs.
