• Maximum occupancy: 8 overnight guests. No unregistered guests without prior approval.
• No parties or events.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. All outdoor activity must end by 10:00 PM. Please keep music and voices at a respectful level throughout your stay.
• Parking: Maximum of 4 vehicles. Please park only in designated on-property parking areas and never block neighboring properties or roadways.
• No smoking or vaping indoors. A $500 fee applies for indoor smoking.
• Pets: Dogs only with prior approval and payment of the applicable pet fee. Maximum 2 dogs. Pets may not be left unattended at the property.
• Wellness amenities: Hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, creekside shower, creek and other outdoor amenities are used at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. Please follow all posted instructions and safety rules.
• Creek & pond: No swimming or entering the pond/creek. Children must be supervised in the backyard due to the water features and terraced landscape.
• Fire: Please follow all posted instructions for the fireplace/fire features. Outdoor fire features may be unavailable during seasonal fire restrictions.
• Security: Do not tamper with or disable exterior cameras, noise-monitoring devices, Wi-Fi equipment or other safety/security equipment.
• Respect the home: Please do not move furniture or furnishings. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
