Summary: Very noisy - loud guests next to and across from me, located next to train tracks
Room needs to be updated, very difficult to get into shower due to high bathtub
Front desk clerk in the morning was not helpful during checkout when I asked him questions
Airport shuttle was close to 10 minutes late, driver did not help with luggage and refused to drive me to the United terminal, said he only does one stop at the airport. I was almost late for my flight due to his tardiness and having to drag my luggage through the snow to get to my terminal at the other end of the airport.

Summary: Dirty. The hotel needs some serious TLC but there is no reason for it to be dirty then we had to wait 90 mins pass check in to get access to our room for it to be dirty.

Summary: Check-in was horrible. I booked the room through Hotels.com but I then needed to change my check-in date and the hotel agreed to the change through Hotels.com. When I arrived they didn't have a booking on file and still had my old booking as a no show. It took an hour to clear up and was midnight, not impressed at all. Bathrooms need updating/attention. Bed was comfortable.
