We are now taking deposits for 2024 open weeks, showings available. This 3 story 4 - 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 2400 sq ft year round home is perfect for 3 generation families. It is located in a quiet area on a low traffic road. It's only a five minute walk or10 minute stroll from the center of Long Sands Beach where you can enjoy soft sand even at high tide and the new York Beach Bath House. The homes first floor has a large open concept eat in kitchen / living room, half bathroom, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a sunroom that can double as a bedroom with a full size futon and the laundry room. The second floor features two bedrooms with a common full bathroom and a large master bedroom with a private full bathroom. The third story bonus room sleeps 6, has an eating area, refrigerator, microwave, bar, half bathroom and television viewing area. There are also TVs in the living and sunroom areas. The house has ceiling fans in every room, AC, Wifi, fully applianced kitchen with DW, washer/dryer, off street parking for 4 - 6 vehicles and two wagons for hauling things to the beach. The lighted back yard has a patio with table, chairs & propane glass firepit, gas grill, picnic table with umbrella, a second seating area with propane firepit for cooking, room to play lawn games and an outdoor shower.
