The main floor holds the living room with its fireplace, the remodeled and updated kitchen, the king bedroom, and two full bathrooms. Upstairs is where the group spreads out: three more bedrooms, a third full bath, and enough beds for everyone to stop negotiating.

A full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a separate dining room and table with room for the whole group. Groceries are a mountain drive away — stock up in Springville or Porterville on the way in, and the kitchen will carry you the rest of the week.
