1,000 sq ft with private entrance. Living room with 49’ UHD Smart TV. Dining area with seating for four people. Fully equipped kitchen with stove refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Bathroom has in-tub shower, toilet and washbasin.
This is a downstairs suite with plenty of headroom, unless you are extremely tall.
Floor to ceiling is 6ft 9 3/4 inches. where a supporting beam crosses the ceiling where the headroom is 6ft 2"
The space
This is a downstairs suite. It has its own private entrance accessed from a path across the front of the house. The number 14 bus stops at the end of the street. This bus will take you to the University or downtown or the hospital if you need it :-).
At the other end of the street five houses away from my house is a launching ramp into the Gorge Waterway where you can launch your kayak or paddleboard. Parking is on the street but if you bring a paddleboard or kayak you’re welcome to store it beside the house. As the entrance hall is tiled, it is possible to bring bicycles inside if needed.
