The cottage is located right on the Muskoka river with the opportunity to swim or fish right from your very own dock. The sandy beach area is the perfect location for small children. This part of the Muskoka river has very little water traffic, with a very low speed limit. There are plenty of public boat launches into various big lakes within a 10 minute driving range from the cottage, if you are looking to spend time doing water sports like skiing or tubing which require faster speeds. The upper level of the cottage is an open loft space with 2 bedrooms a bathroom laundry room and a quaint office area overlooking the river. The main level of the cottage is a beautiful open concept layout with views of the beautiful backyard and pristine waterfront from all directions. The main level features a beautifully well lit kitchen, living room, and the master bedroom along with the master washroom.
