For those seeking a lakeside getaway in Queens County, this beautifully built year round cottage on Tupper Lake offers full immersion in nature. Includes a man-made launch point for easy kayak access, so you can explore the many coves and contours of Tupper Lake and LIttle Tupper Lake.
This place offers peaceful lakeside living with modern comforts. You can enjoy the tranquility of nature while being just 20 minutes from the amenities of Caledonia and close to Kejimjukik National Park.
The main floor features a primary bedroom with a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, convenient in-suite laundry, and a full bathroom with a tub and shower.
Upstairs, the open loft provides additional sleeping space with a double bed and a single trundle bed, along with a cozy TV lounge area, a sofa, and an air mattress for extra guests.

One of the true highlights of the Sleepy Loon is the quiet cove. Only a few neighbours, and the sounds of the loons on the lake to keep you company. To the left of the property is a beavers home. Sometimes you can catch them swimming around. 2 adult kayaks and 2 paddle boards are available for our guests.
