This very well-equipped and super family-friendly house is very close to Nauset & Skaket Beaches, great restaurants, bike trail & mini-golf. Large fenced in yard, fire pit and Smart TVs. The area;
Only 3 miles to Skaket Beach on Cape Cod Bay (at low tide you may walk out for a mile discovering all kinds of sea life) where you'll see breathtaking sunsets. And it's only 3.5 miles to the famous Nauset Beach, great for body surfing and skim boarding and all-around beach fun.
Within walking distance are Crystal Lake and Kent's Point (a dog-friendly walking/hiking trail that has beautiful water views and nice surrounding neighborhoods for a walk or jog.
The house is about 1.5 miles to downtown; the baseball field for free Cape Cod Baseball League games, shops and boutiques, the Hot Chocolate Sparrow, all sorts of great restaurants and the infamous 22-mile bike trail.

The house:
"Your Place on the Cape" to be spacious and comfortable. The open floor plan includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a dining table that sits up to 10 people. The central A/C makes it extra nice to come home to on those hot summer days.
There is a first floor master suite with king size bed and Jacuzzi tub. The three bedrooms upstairs share a spacious bathroom with a luxurious 2-person tub. There is also a portable crib (see photo) for the very youngest of guests.
Outside on the patio you’ll find a picnic table with Weber gas grill. The large fenced in yard has lounge chairs, a hammock and a badminton net for some outdoor fun and relaxation. The attached two car garage offers ample space for your car, bicycles, surfboards, etc. This home offers wireless Internet and a Bose Music System.
Additional space can be found in the unfinished basement with 2 couches and and a chair to lounge, along with a new ping pong table.
