Summary: Paying in cash upon arrival quite difficult as we had come from a different country. Seemed a bit off to me as well...avoiding fees? Didn't realise we'd be sharing a bathroom with more than 1 other room. Had to wait often to use facilities. Toilet system old so couldn't flush toilet paper, so putting it into a bin was a bit gross. Especially when it was shared toilet. Shared kitchen area was handy but with so many tenants sometimes you had to wait. The stuff we had in fridge was thrown away before our last day. Mostly clean, but vents, walls, windowsill etc have clearly never been cleaned. Ever.
