The main level has a living room with futon sofa and flat screen television, an eat-in kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is also a bedroom on this floor with a day bed with trundle (two twins) and flat screen television. A door leads from the living room to the deck with outdoor dining table.
The second floor has two bright bedrooms--each with a queen bed. There is also a bathroom with a tub on this floor.
The living room and all three bedrooms have a ductless split unit air conditioner. A ramp to the front door makes the first floor of this home handicapped accessible. The unfinished basement with a walk-out door has a foosball table, board games and washer/dryer. The enclosed outdoor shower is outside the basement door.
One mile to Great Pond--one of Wellfleet's beloved freshwater ponds, two miles to Cahoon Hollow Beach on Wellfleet's oceanside. Just under a mile to Wellfleet's Main Street for restaurants, galleries, shops and the weekly Wellfleet Farmers Market. Only 1.4 miles to the Wellfleet Town Pier, 1.5 miles to Mayo Beach on Wellfleet Harbor. Walk or ride your bike to PJ's for delicious seafood and ice cream. Short drive to all the best of Wellfleet including live entertainment, beaches, ponds, biking and walking on the Cape Cod Rail Trail and Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites.
