Summary: The only real issue is that the staff can't even communicate in simple English. An older male employee who occasionally works at the front desk can communicate in English, but the female employee who primarily works there can't speak English at all. At the very least, it would be good to have someone at the front desk who can communicate in English, even if it's just basic words.
