Be the first to stay in our brand new house, 20 minutes away from Ottawa Downtown. Spacious 4Bdrm house with brand new modern furniture and designated work desk for the Professional traveler. Designed with modern stain-less steel appliances, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, comfortable queen beds and hotel quality linens, an epitome of ease for short and long term stays:
Enjoy a separate area for the kids, with a fooseball table, darts and TV.
Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial supply.
IDs of the individuals booking will be needed as per-policy.
Pet fee - $125 is per pet and a second pet is charged extra $125 .
You are required to send a photo of your pet as well as vet records. Only small pets are allowed under 50lbs.
Please note the house is a brand new construction. The backyard lawn has not yet been set up by the builder and will be inaccessible. There is construction going on around the house as the builder is trying to finish all the houses. Do expect there to be dust outside, sometimes the builder will be doing the houses around our new house.

The house is located in a small community located in Manotick. The house is located in a new sub-division, all the houses are newly constructed less than a year old. Beautiful and peaceful neighbourhood. It is 20 minutes from Downtown Ottawa and roughly 15 minutes from the airport, it is in a perfect suburb area for someone traveling to Ottawa and wanting to stay in a peaceful area with their family
The neighborhood is easy to get around and there is much more for you to enjoy your stay as much as possible.
