Welcome to Rosewater Cottage! If you're looking for an incredible waterfront escape that has all the comforts of home combined with Maine charm, then look no further. Rosewater sits on the bay's edge and has breathtaking views of Perch Island and across the bay. Watch the Osprey, seals, and loons and marvel at the gorgeous sunsets and great light all day. The cottage sits out on a point and has water and views all around.
There is a dock where you can swim and kayak on the calm bay water. A quiet location in East Boothbay near many attractions and all the action of downtown Boothbay Harbor completes the package.
Inside is larger than you might imagine. The large living area has an awesome a gas fireplace and new furniture bought in 2023. There is also a cozy TV room with a smart TV and a desk. The sun room has incredible views and a dining area. Watch the sunset as you enjoy dinner! The full kitchen has everything you would expect and more including a dishwasher and a lobster pot. The large primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and french doors that lead out to a deck. Ther is another twin bedroom with a bathroom next to it.

We have professional housekeepers and inspect the cottage after every cleaning to ensure that our high cleaning standards are maintained.
