Guests’ safety and well-being during their stay at our rental property is always our top priority. In order to ensure that, we implemented lots of safety measures, and installed a lot of safety equipments. In addition, we follow Industry Standard enhanced cleaning measures and safety guidelines adhering to guidance from public health agencies.
- EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS ON PROPERTY: We take our guests' safety as well as guests' privacy very seriously. There are 3 three operational 24/7 motion-activated exterior security cameras for "home safety and for security purposes only". During your stay, none of these 3 cameras capture any image from inside the room and from inside the shared spaces. One camera located on top of outside garage door views the walkway/ path, 1 camera located on top of front entrance door views the entrance and 1 camera views the street located outside exit door of the rental property.
- FIRE EXTINGUISHER, LOCATED IN KITCHEN: We installed Kidde Home Series 5-B-C for fighting Class B flammable liquid & Class C electrical fires to enhance the safety.
- SMOKE, CO AND STROBE ALARM: In every floor hallway and bedroom we have installed the Kidde 3-in-1 Hardwire Interconnected Combination Smoke and CO Alarm with Strobe Light provides temporal patterns and Voice Alert. All the alarms of the entire Townhome are electrically connected.

MAPLE HOUSE RULES
1. Minimum age to book 18. Guest’s identification ID showing name and picture required. No 3rd party booking. Your family members can make the reservation on your behalf.
2. CHECK-IN time 16:00/ later, CHECK-OUT 11:00/ earlier.
3. Only registered Guest allowed for overnight stay, maximum 1 one Guest can sleep.
4. All kinds of smoking including cannabis, vaping, e-cigarettes strictly prohibited at all times on/ inside the Premises, $500 fee applies if smoking occurs during your stay.
5. No Pet, No BBQ, No Drugs, No Party/ large gathering on the Premises.
6. Please respect Quiet hours starting at 22:00 and continue till next day 8:00. Please keep all audio at a minimum level out of respect for other guests and the neighbors.
7. No cooking of any strong smelling odour food. Avoid cooking after the hour 22:00.
8. Residential Use only. No subletting, no commercial activity on and inside Premises.
9. No safety Barricade/ baby gate anywhere, Property not Child safe and not Baby proof.
10. No parking. Street Parking may be available, please check parking rules before.
11. No Laundry on Weekdays between the Hours 22:01 and 19:00(next day) AND Weekends between the Hours 20:01 and 8:00(next day). Please adhere to your Laundry schedule: TUE, FRI between the Hours 19:01 and 22:00, EVERY 2nd and 4th WEEKEND between the Hours 8:01 and 20:00.
12. No individual temperature control in each room, centrally controlled HVAC system. No tampering with Thermostat. No misuse/ mishandling of shared spaces & appliances.
13. No violation of property safety and security. No heavy/special equipment. Please be careful about FIRE incident and Water flooding.
14. Guest can purchase own insurance for Guest’s personal property damage, loss and injury. Host is not responsible for any such coverage.
15. Host will visit private room MAPLE every 2-weeks with subject to Guest availability.
16. Damaged goods, feces, linens and towels, heavily soiled items, grease on sheets due to eat food on bed, unclean blood and stains after wash will be replaced if not usable and Guest will reimburse the cost. Every attempt will be made to reuse the item(s) first.
17. Our Cleaning Crews will clean Shared Spaces. No cleaning provided inside your room and no supplies provided during your stay. A starter kit of Soap/Body Wash, Shampoo, one Towel and one Toilet Paper provided during check-in. Guests are responsible for additional supplies plus items that guest feel necessary.
18. Please return the utensils, cutleries, cookware, tableware and any shared space item(s) to their original position. No litter, clean up after using common areas. Garbage, recycles and litter at respective bins.
19. No snow cleaning while snow falling and/or snow is less than 5cm. Snow removal for snow fall more than 5cm will be done within 12-24 hours after snow stops.
